Introduction to Birdwatching Class 2009
The class had 15 attendees and consisted of two 2 hour evening sessions inside and two 3 hour morning practical sessions outside, where the students practiced the topics covered on the previous indoor class room session. The class was run in early spring and summer migrants were starting to arrive and the trees were only just in bud, giving good opportunities to see the birds.
