Sandwell Valley RSPBSituated just off the M6 / A34 this RSPB reserve offers good visitor facilties and great birding. Friendly locals will delight in pointing out their bird life. From the visitor centre there are marvellous views of feeding stations and the marsh and lake areas. Snipe, Goosander and even possibly Rose-ringed Parakeet only a few miles from Birmingham, in the middle of the Black Country connurbation. A great venue for a family birding walk.
