Investors in Nature are people with the power to make major gifts that fund substantial RSPB conservation projects.
Nature gives us so much. It gives us the places we retreat to for pleasure, the dramatic coasts, mountains, forests and lakes. It keeps us healthy, providing our food, our water, the air we breathe. It may also be our best line of defence against climate change, with forests and peatbogs storing such huge amounts of carbon that if they were to be destroyed, the results would be catastrophic.
Invest with us to profit nature and mankind - we cannot afford to be complacent - nature needs help urgently. Any delays or hesitations will be answered with more losses to the world's biodiversity.
Invest in Nature
We are an innovative and dedicated charity, full of creative people working at the forefront of nature conservation. We work in partnerships around the UK and the world to win battles for wildlife. But nature's needs exceed our resources. There is so much more that needs to be done - vital exciting projects which you can make possible.
The UK has lost so much of its precious wildlife and habitats, but it's not gone forever. With the investment of time, effort and resources, we can restore more lost heathlands, wetlands, blanket bogs, reedbeds and native forests. We will continue to turn things around for species on the brink of extinction.
The RSPB steps up for nature - we need you to step up with us.
It's easy to think extinction is so big a problem it's unsolvable, but we see it as lots of smaller problems. We're focusing on those where we have the skills to make a difference.
Saving special places
Habitat recreation and land management have great potential to facilitate species recovery, and we are pioneers of landscape-scale conservation.
Saving tropical forests
In Sierra Leone, we've been working for more than 20 years to protect the Gola Rainforest. In Indonesia, we're protecting and restoring an area of rainforest two-thirds the size of Greater London.
We're working to ensure that the the places where seabirds go to feed are protected, bringing decades of seabird research data to the discussions. But so much is about their lives is still unknown.
Become an Investor in nature with a gift of £10,000 annually. You will save threatened wildlife, you will protect and recreate precious habitats. We need you to act now, before it is too late.
