Jess Chappel, international development support volunteer, Romania

Volunteering for the RSPB's international department allows me to develop the skills I need to pursue a career in international conservation, and to experience life living and working in a foreign country. There is also the reward of knowing I am contributing to the fantastic work that is carried out by the BirdLife International partnership.
