Mousa

Seabirds, seals, heritage and culture: learn with us in fantastic locations

The island of Mousa is famous for its abundant wildlife and well-preserved archaeological sites - including the Iron Age broch, where many of the island's 6,000 pairs of storm petrels nest.

Your class will be able to marvel at many different wild flowers, nesting seabirds and two species of seal - and explore more than 4,000 years of human history.

Schools wishing to visit Mousa will need to book the boat to the island (small charge applicable). For bookings and current prices please contact Tom and Cynthia Jamieson on 01950 431367.
