A Little Egret showing well from Lindyke Hide this morning. A female Marsh Harrier has also been hunting over the flashes most days and an Osprey flew through yesterday. 9 species of warbler singing on the reserve including at least 2 Grasshopper Warbler

A splendid Black-tailed Godwit in full breeding plumage on Hickson's Pool this afternoon. Little Ringed Plover showing well Pickup Hide and a Jay entertaining visitors on the peanut feeder outside the visitors centre. An Osprey flew over the reserve yesterday.
