RSPB Sandwell Valley is hosting its annual Christmas Fayre on Sunday 8 December.
Visitors are invited to join festive celebrations at the nature reserve. RSPB merchandise, including cards, wrapping paper, calendars and lots of great gifts will be available to buy.
Children can get stuck in with hands-on activities, including creating sparkling tree decorations, all made from natural materials, crafting glittery Christmas cards and taking part in the Santa Trail around the reserve.
Alex Sharrod, spokesperson for the RSPB reserve says: “What better way to get into the festive spirit than joining in our wonderful Christmas activities, browsing seasonal gifts and enjoying mince pies and hot chocolate on a cold winter’s day”.
The festive day will start at 11am and carry on until 3pm. Visitors are invited to drop in at anytime; there is no need to book and entry is free, the nature reserve ask for a small donation for activities and refreshments.
