Education resources catalogue

Our education resources catalogue is packed full of fantastic information and activity packs, games and toys.

Although many of these resources are free, please see the education resources catalogue order form for further cost details.

Read on to find out more about some of our most popular resources.

Wild and wonderful games

Wild and wonderful cards

Capture the imagination of your class with our environmental games - fun and interesting ways for people of all ages to learn.

With games about birds, adaptation, food chains, habitats, migration, identification and conservation you'll always get the most out of this resource for your specific needs.

The CD which accompanies this resource includes specially commissioned colourful and bright artwork linked to some of the games.

The picture cards can also be downloaded and printed from the CD.

This is a perfect resource for learning through action and fun, and has been used successfully with children and adults alike, across the world.

Wildlife action awards

This fantastic resource is a great incentive to help wildlife, whilst having fun with your class.

The 28 activities that form the wildlife action awards are split into four sections and offer a wide choice of activities;

  • find out what's in your local environment
  • create a home for wildlife
  • be environmentally friendly
  • spread the word

By working through a selection of activities participants can work towards Bronze, Silver and Gold status.

At the end of each stage, a certificate will be sent out, along with a set of specially designed stickers to the participating children.

Climate action awards

Help your class do their bit to combat climate change with this free resource.

Packed full of information, great ideas and fun things for your class to do to help the planet, there are 11 fun activities to choose from.

Out of the 11 they only need to complete six (or four if participants are under eight).

Once completed, each child will be sent a certificate and stickers.

These activities also form part of our Wildlife Action Awards.

WildSquare

WildSquare packshot

This is an exciting project that your school or wildlife group can take part in.

Adopt a 1 km grid square, which could include your school grounds, or a local nature reserve, and discover the wildlife in your local environment.

There will be roughly three wildlife surveys to do per year; the first survey will be on nuts, berries and fruit, with subsequent surveys including mammals, butterflies and moths.

There are also fun and creative activities to do in your square, plus others that can be done at home, at school or with your group.

Each child that takes part will receive a free funky folder, a wall calendar and stickers.
