Puffins, otters, whales, wildflowers...
We look after four nature reserves here, offering some of the best wildlife watching opportunities in Shetland.
There's a wonderful array of wildlife waiting to be seen, particularly in the spring and summer - from noisy cliffs teeming with seabirds to quiet wetland havens for waders and waterbirds.
But it's not just about birds! Wildflowers offer a kaleidoscope of colour throughout the year, and there's always the chance of spotting an otter, seal, whale or dolphin.
There are guided walks and events on our reserves between May and August and schools are very welcome - check the reserve webpages for more details. If you can't wait to visit and would like to enjoy Shetland from the comfort of your own home, make sure you check out our webcams.
Hope to see you soon!
