RSPB Belfast Lough reserve

This oasis of calm is just ten minutes from the centre of Belfast! We manage the lagoon to create ideal conditions for waders and ducks in autumn and winter, and for breeding terns in summer. Come and visit the observation room and you’ll be able to see a wide variety of birds, at extremely close quarters.

Opening times

Two outdoor hides are always open. Observation room is open Tuesday to Sunday 9 am-5 pm.
