Cliffe Pools |
Cliffe Pools nature reserve offers a spectacular landscape of open water and big skies. The reserve is one of the most important places for wildlife in the UK with huge flocks of wetland birds. A number of nature trails cross the reserve, affording great views of the pools, wildlife and the River Thames which runs alongside. As part of the ongoing programme to improve visitor facilities at Cliffe Pools a new car park was opened on the 5 August 2009 as part of the annual Safari Fun Day event. Opening timesThe reserve is open to visitors at all times. The car park is open daily from 8.30am to 5pm, except Christmas day. Entrance chargesFree, but donations to help us continue our work here are welcome. |
