By train
Darsham. Follow minor roads from A12 towards Westleton, then Dunwich. About six miles. Alternatively, book Coastlink, a demand-responsive bus service. Coastlink must be booked at least one day in advance. Call 01728 833526 to book.
By bus
Use Coastlink, a demand-responsive bus that can collect you from Leiston, Saxmundham and surrounding villages. Must be booked in advance by calling 01728 833526.
By road
Access via Westleton village, which is on B1125 Leiston to Blythburgh road. From north, turn left off A12 in Blythburgh and follow B1125 for two miles towards Westleton. At crossroads, turn left, signposted Dunwich. Follow this road to Dunwich village, passing Bridge Nurseries on your left, then the church on your right. Immediately after passing The Ship Inn, turn left into beach car park.
From south, leave A12 at Yoxford, turning right on minor road signposted to Westleton. In Westleton, turn left onto B1125, towards Blythburgh. After passing village green, turn right towards Dunwich and RSPB Minsmere. Follow this minor road, ignoring right turns to RSPB Minsmere and NT Dunwich Heath, until you enter Dunwich village. Continue through village, passing ruined Greyfriars Abbey on right, then fork right into beach car park.

Other ways to get to the reserve
Dingle Marshes can be accessed on foot from Walberswick village (or from Southwold via the seasonal foot ferry). A series of public footpaths cross the marshes towards Walberswick wind mill, from where you can join the circular walk. Paths also follow the shingle ridge between Walberswick and Dunwich. The long distance Suffolk Coast and Heaths path crosses the reserve, via the forestry access track from Bridge Nurseries.
