By train
Huntingdon and Cambridge rail stations are the nearest. You can then take the Guided Bus.
By bus
The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway runs between Huntingdon and Cambridge has a request stop at Fen Drayton Lakes. Please note that the driver will need to be made aware that you wish to alight. Buses run every 10 minutes.
From Cambridge Emmanuel Street; Stagecoach service Citi 5, alight at Fen Drayton High Street. Walk north (600 m) from Fen Drayton High Street onto Holywell Ferry Road, past recreation ground on the left.
By road
Leave A14 at Junction 28 Cambridge Services; follow brown tourist signs for RSPB Nature Reserve to the site entrance (off the minor road between Fen Drayton and Swavesey). Once on the reserve, follow signs to the main car park - please take great care at the Guided Busway crossing. From other directions follow brown tourist signs from Swavesey High Street.

Other ways to get to the reserve
Several public footpaths and bridleways give access - see OS Explorer map 225. National Cycle Route 51 passes through the centre of the reserve. There are cycle racks located on this route close to the Guided Busway stop.
