During building work for the Discover Nature Project, Minsmere is open as usual. The visitor centre, shop and cafe are located in a temporary building in the car park until all new facilities open at Easter. There will be temporary path diversions from the car park during February. The North Wall reopened on Friday 3 February, following completion of the Environment Agency's flood defence project.

Top things to do in Spring

  1. Watch marsh harriers sky-dancing over the reedbed and listen for booming bitterns
  2. Listen to singing warblers and nightingales

  2. Look for shingle-loving flowers and nesting little terns on the beach
  3. Join in with our family activities during the school holidays

Top things to do in Autumn
