Parking

Ancient woodland used to cover much of East Anglia. This is one of the few remaining areas, managed by traditional coppicing to benefit a variety of wildlife. For an unforgettable experience, visit early on a fine spring morning to hear the the incredibly rich, musical song of the nightingale.

Opening times

The trails are open at all times, but the car park is locked from 6 pm (or dusk if earlier), until 9am.

Free, but donations to help us continue our work here are welcome.
