RSPB Cymru are bitterly disappointed by yesterday’s (Tuesday, 8 May) announcement from Alun Davies, Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and European Programmes, that appeared to rule out EU Structural funding for the development of the natural environment and cultural heritage.
