Sponsored activities

Children riding mountain bikes
How about a sponsored bike ride?

Being sponsored for an activity can be great fun. What's more, it's a straightforward way of raising money for wildlife.

Whether you decide to organise your own activity or take part in someone else’s, please contact us at an early stage. You can reach us by using our form ‘Tell me more about how to fundraise for wildlife’ (link on this page).

Sponsored activities fall into three main categories:

  • Activities organised by someone else, where each participant organises their own fundraising. An example would be the London Marathon. You can take part and use the opportunity to organise your own sponsorship for the RSPB. Keep an eye out for events going on in your area.
  • Activities organised by someone else, where each participant raises money for the same cause. Do you know anyone who wants to organise an activity for the RSPB?
  • Activities you organise yourself. For those who really fancy a challenge!

Please note: we can only support sponsored activities based in the UK.

What can I do?
