Recycle your old mobile phones and inkjet cartridges and you'll not only help the environment but help us continue our conservation work.
There are an estimated 90 million redundant mobile phones lying around in the UK. Many of them will end up in landfill sites. Once in the ground, old mobiles and cartridges can leak toxic substances into the soil, polluting the environment.
Phones, cartridges, cameras and more...
You can now recycle your old digital cameras, sat navs, game consoles (Nintendo DS/Sony PSP), iPods and CDs, too.
Working with Redeem plc, the UK's leading company in this field, we get cash for every item donated to the Recycling Appeal.
This money helps us to carry out vital conservation work. Thanks to the donations made by RSPB members and supporters, more than £350,000 has been raised since 2005.
How to take part
Visit the Recycling Appeal website and order your freepost envelopes. Fill in your contact details on the envelope, put in your old items and pop the envelope in the post. It's easy!
How you can help
Recycle your old mobile phones, inkjets, digital cameras, sat navs, game consoles, iPods and CDs and help the environment twice over.
