Nature, a lasting tribute

There are many ways to remember someone special, and each one is unique. But, for those who loved nature all their lives, wouldn’t it be wonderful to pay tribute to them by continuing to support the things they cared about? A gift, In Memory, to the RSPB will help protect wildlife and continue the memory of your loved one - forever.

What your gift means

At home

We love the UK. We love the quirky little bits that surprise you - like a nature reserve 10 minutes from Belfast city centre.

We love the bits that really look as though they should be somewhere more exotic, such as the crushed shell beaches of Coll in Scotland.

We love the endlessly curious kids that we show nature to through our field teaching programme - 60,000 every year at the last count.

And we love the fact that you can still find a view that takes your breath away in pretty much every county... whether it’s the whispering reedbeds of Leighton Moss or the huge crowd outside the Tate Modern, gasping as they see a peregrine for the first time.

Abroad

Nature is global - one of the reasons we work overseas as well as in the UK, from remote islands to endangered jungles.

We offer support to countries that don’t have the resources to protect their wildlife the way they’d like to, especially when we can see that the problems are bigger than boundaries. We’ve stepped in to help save albatrosses and Asian vultures from heading for extinction.

Now, thanks to the collective efforts of our wonderful staff and irreplaceable supporters across the world, the fates of the iconic vultures and majestic albatrosses look as though they could be taking a turn for the better.
