Members' Day and AGM 2012
13 July 2012
Join us on Saturday 6 October 2012 for our Members’ Day and AGM. One of the highlights of the RSPB calendar, once again held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Westminster, London.
What can I expect?
It's your chance to hear more about the work we do, direct from the people who do it.
Our Chairman and Treasurer will start the day by giving their personal highlights of the year; reminding us of what, together,we have achieved for wildlife, and the challenges we still face.
Later, our International Director will take you on a journey to some of the most remote and far-flung corners of the Earth – the UK’s Overseas Territories – to reveal how we’re saving threatened UK wildlife, including oil-stricken rockhopper penguins.
Closer to home, we’re making space for nature in the urban sprawl and we’ll explain how this could help familiar, but struggling, garden birds near you. You’ll also hear how we’re inspiring young people in north east London by opening their eyes to the wonderful wildlife in their local area.

The doors open at 10 am, with the AGM business starting at 11 am. With a packed programme of fascinating talks, the chance to chat to our staff about their work and a delicious lunch all included, can you afford to miss it?
