Join us at Members' Day and AGM
)
The RSPB Members' Day and AGM is a highlight of our calendar and one of our most enjoyable occasions.
The event informs people about our work and always stimulates debate. New and established members alike find it an informative and entertaining day, and enjoy meeting other members and RSPB staff from across the UK.
There is something for everybody at this popular event: can you afford to miss it?
What can I do?
Come along to the Members' Day and AGM for a day to remember.
The morning comprises the formal AGM business, including the presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts, the election of new trustees, and the presentation of awards recognising the special contribution made to the RSPB by members, friends and volunteers.
The annual report provides an interesting overview of the past year and a look at the opportunities and challenges that face us in the future. After lunch, inspiring talks by staff will take a more detailed look at the conservation challenges and update you on some of the ambitious projects that we are able to undertake, thanks to your support.
Conservation never gets any easier: but the rewards are hugely satisfying.
Who is it for?
A warm welcome awaits all RSPB members. Members are welcome to attend the morning AGM free of charge. If you want to stay on for lunch and the afternoon presentations, there is a charge.
When is it?
The RSPB's Members' Day and AGM usually takes place on the first Saturday in October, at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in the heart of Westminster, London.
