Why we want you

Are you passionate about nature? Can you bring the stories about animals and wildlife alive? We are looking for people of all ages to help us tell amazing tales to visitors and help them fall in love with nature and Minsmere.
We are looking for individuals and families to volunteer particularly at weekends, and in school holidays.

You will have the opportunity to enthuse and inspire people. Share your passion for nature, so that the memories of their visit will last a lifetime. You will become part of the Minsmere team, receive training, and self learning for each event.

The skills you need

You need to be adaptable and enthusiastic. Love talking to children, adults and small groups. You need to be passionate about nature and RSPB Minsmere. No previous wildlife knowledge is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Your time

Minimum commitment: 6 days a year - all training days must be attended
Duration: Ongoing
Period: All year round (predominantly through the summer)
