Long-tailed tits
Related to several species in Asia, but only one in the UK and Europe; long-tailed tits are small-bodied, long-tailed birds with short legs and tiny, triangular bills. They move through foliage and hang upside down to feed like the smaller tits, but have a complex social system and are almost always seen in small parties, often moving line astern from tree to tree. They make enclosed, elastic nests of cobwebs, lichen and feathers.
