Moorhen feeding
Moorhens can be seen feeding on land and in water. They eat both plant and animal material. Moorhens constantly flick their tails to reveal their white undertail feathers, whether they are walking or swimming. They have red beaks with a yellow tip, and and their plumage is grey-black.
