What's in your roof?

How many people live in your house? I'll bet you
know the answer to that question. You'll almost certainly know how
many pets you've got too, if you have any. But does anything live
in your roof? Most of us simply don't look. You might be amazed at
what you can find.
Your roof might not have comfortable beds and
carpets, but under the eaves and in the cracks and holes, there is
usually shelter from the wind and rain for all sorts of wildlife.
Providing they are not disturbed, several bird species can nest
there, as well as bats.
