#LeafNatureBetter

Your chance to ensure the Government’s 25-year Environment Plan is big on nature.

The 25-year Environment Plan

What is the 25-year Environment Plan and why is it important?

The UK Government has pledged to pass nature on to the next generation in a better condition than in which they inherited it. They have promised to publish a 25-year Environment Plan, to lay out how they'll do this for England. It will cover all environmental considerations, including nature, forestry, farming, fisheries and more. Because of this, it’s vitally important that we influence this plan and help make it an ambitious one for nature. This is where you come in.

How can I help?

Join us in raising a leaf for nature!

You can see how others are doing it on this page. Simply upload a photo of you raising a leaf to our wall and let the Government know that you want them to #LeafNatureBetter.

If you can, spread the word by sharing your photo on Twitter. Or simply tweet our ready-made message to help show the Minister for the Environment, Michael Gove that nature needs to be an important part of the 25-year Environment Plan.
