What we're looking for

A keen, friendly and confident individual to: answer telephone calls from both the general public and the staff across RSPB assist with general office administrative duties offer advice regarding wildlife queries (this can include e.g. bird ID, advice on feeding birds etc). have an interest and willingness to learn about wildlife species (in particular UK birds).

The skills you need

This role will suit someone who: loves to meet and speak with the public is a confident communicator with a friendly manner is able to work without supervision once guidance given is reliable and a good time keeper possesses basic computer literacy skills is a fast learner and enthusiastic

Your time

Minimum:
1/2 day per week. Monday - Friday 9.00 - 1.00 or 1.00 - 5.00
