What we're looking for

To ensure that all visitors to our reserve have a pleasurable and interesting time, provide information and gain support for the RSPB through membership. The duties include meeting the public, handling money and stock. RSPB shops and catalogues raise nearly 10% of our income. By volunteering in the shop, you will help us present the RSPB in a friendly and professional manner. This will increase both visitor's enjoyment and our income.

The skills you need

To enjoy working with the public, be accurate and reliable at handling money and stock. Presentable, polite and tactful.

Your time

1 day or 2 half days per week, hours to suit
All year round
