Data Input Assistant

We need your help to make a big impact! This crucial role assists in the smooth running of the office at Aylesbeare Common, inputting data into our RSPB system to ensure all work is logged correctly

Tuesday 15 January 2019
Vacancy type:
Office and administration
Aylesbeare Common

What we're looking for

We have to record all the work that goes on at the reserves on a daily basis. This information then has to be collated and input onto the RSPB's computer database. It cannot be claimed that it is an exciting job! However it is vital to the future monitoring and management of our conservation objectives.

The skills you need

Very basic computer literacy. Good communication skills. An understanding of the reserve work would be ideal, but not essential. All training will be provided - including data protection.

Your time

1 day a month
All year round

What's in it for you?

An opportunity to gain an insight into the breadth and depth of reserve work, without all that uncomfortable mucking about in the wet and mud. The office is friendly and there would be plenty of tea/coffee. And you would win the un-dying gratitude of the administrator.
