What we're looking for

We require volunteer help to remove willow and reed, clear ditches, monitor water levels and maintain the site in a clean and tidy condition. All tasks are a vital part of reserve management.

The skills you need

Currently living within 20 miles of Marazion. An enthusiasm and an interest in conservation are essential. A variety of skills are needed from habitat management, and estate maintenance to surveying. A good level of fitness is essential. You will need an up-to-date tetanus injection and to enjoy working in a team but sometimes alone.
