What we're looking for

Co-ordinate the annual programme of talks, contacting and booking an appropriate range of speakers for the September to May indoor programme. Support and assist speakers on the evening of meetings ensuring they have the equipment they need and in liaison with the group treasurer ensure their expenses/fees are appropriately paid.

The skills you need

A good organiser with an eye for detail and a friendly outgoing approach.

Your time

4-6 hours per month
All year round
