The skills you need

To be good with people, have a friendly disposition and enthusiasm for RSPB. You will also need to demonstrate tact and diplomacy. Some natural history and conservation knowledge would be an advantage and a willingness to learn. You will also need to be happy dealing with money and working with a till.

All year round.

What's in it for you?

This role offers the opportunity to be the public face of the RSPB on one of the Society's reserves and to be an essential part of a team, which benefits greatly from volunteer support.
