What we're looking for

Our network of over 160 RSPB local groups are ambassadors for the RSPB in the local community. We need an enthusiastic and conscientious individual to be responsible for managing the charities money and the local groups funds.

The skills you need

You need to be comfortable keeping simple accounts and handling and accounting for charity money. To attend one day training course in your first year as Treasurer. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Essential) Ability to use an established Excel spreadsheet to keep a record of all income and expenditure for the Group (Essential)

Your time

Minimum:
4-6 hours per month.
Duration:
Maximum five year term of office
Period:
All year round
