What we're looking for

•To help give our visitors at Leighton Moss a warm and wonderful experience in our shop at the visitor centre. •To contribute to saving nature by maximising shop sales – we spend 90% of net income on conservation, public education and advocacy in the UK and around the world.

The skills you need

•Friendly and proactive in engaging with visitors. •Confident in assisting customers on the shop floor. •Willing to learn about our products and use this knowledge to support the work of the RSPB. •Confident in handling money and willing to learn till operation. •Energy to work on your feet and ability to assist with stocking items in the shop. •Able to offer the 'GREAT' welcome to people visiting the reserve – training provided.

Minimum:
8 hours per week with timings and days flexible. Opportunity for more.
