What we're looking for

Help to welcome visitors to this developing reserve and enhance their visitor experience. To staff the reception, provide information to the public, recruit new RSPB members and assist in running of minor retail outlet.

The skills you need

To be good with people, friendly disposition, enthusiasm for RSPB, tact and diplomacy. Some natural history/conservation knowledge an advantage. A willingness to learn. Familiarity with customer care and retail experience an advantage, but not essential.
