What we're looking for

We need your help to keep the RSPB Middleton Lakes office spick and span! We have a new office in Middleton Hall and with our staff (only 3) and reserve volunteers (more than 80) busy saving nature we need some extra hands-on help with cleaning, vacuuming and dusting so we can get on with inspiring others about the nature on their doorstep! Having a clean office is not something we take for granted as we currently (with mixed success) have to do this ourselves! We need someone to help us maintain a clean and tidy office environment to allow us to concentrate on making the reserve the best it can be. Perhaps this could be you?

The skills you need

You will need a good eye for cleanliness and take pride in your work.

Your time

Minimum:
2 hours per week
Duration:
Ongoing
Period:
All year round

What's in it for you?

We will ensure you feel part of our friendly staff and volunteer team. You will be invited to our annual volunteer barbecue, Christmas party and other social events. On the days you don't want the cup of coffee and home made cakes we will make for you you will be able to benefit from the RSPB staff/volunteer 10% discount at the Bake 180 coffee shop adjacent to the office! You will have the opportunity to visit other RSPB reserves and benefit from a volunteer discount in our other offices and reserves.
