What we're looking for

To help maintain contacts within the local community and to engage local residents in conservation and the work of the RSPB we are after a volunteer to run community talks. You would be assisting us in our aim of delivering talks and visits to as many community groups as possible, raising the profile of the RSPB and of our reserves in South Lincolnshire.

The skills you need

Interested volunteers will need to be a good speaker, to be confident, well organised and to be able to travel throughout your local area. For that reason, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be required for this role.

Your time

Variable, talks occur on an ad-hoc basis
All year round

What's in it for you?

Volunteers in this role will have the opportunity to meet new people with similar interests in the area and have the chance to develop new skills. You will be able to use your initiative in creating content and will be able to engage with, and build contacts in, the local community. You will also be part of a friendly team of volunteers based at our Frampton Marsh reserve, with regular social events.
