What we're looking for

Co-ordinate the annual programme of indoor meetings, contacting and booking an appropriate range of speakers for the September to May indoor programme. Ensuring the draft programme is approved by the local RSPB office. Support and assist speakers on the evening of meetings ensuring they have the equipment they need and in liaison with the group Treasurer ensure their expenses/fees are appropriately paid.

The skills you need

A good organiser with an eye for detail and a friendly outgoing approach.
