What we're looking for

We are looking for warm and friendly people who can welcome visitors to our reserve. Our 'meet and greet' team lead on our visitor experience and ensure that everyone feels valued the minute they arrive on the reserve. We want people who are passionate about saving nature and can inspire others to support the RSPB through membership recruitment. Inspire people and help them connect with nature by providing information and recruiting new RSPB members at our information desk in the visitor centre. This is a great opportunity to use your enthusiasm for nature and the outdoors to inspire visitors and help gain support for the RSPB. You will be at the forefront of our 'meet and greet' team delivering exceptional customer service to our visitors.

The skills you need

You will be confident talking to people, have a friendly disposition and an enthusiasm for conservation. A willingness to learn and recruit new supporters to the RSPB is essential. Some natural history/wildlife knowledge would be an advantage.
