What we're looking for

Help to welcome visitors to the Osprey viewing room in Wigtown Town Hall and enhance their visitor experience. To staff the reception, provide information to the public, recruit new RSPB members, and cover for the Community Liaison Officer at times when they are away from the viewing room.

The skills you need

To be good with people, friendly disposition, enthusiasm for RSPB, tact and diplomacy. Some natural history/conservation knowledge an advantage. A willingness to learn. Familiarity with customer care an advantage, but not essential.
