A fun team challenge in the heart of the Lincolnshire Washes! Help us keep the reserve tidy for people and wildlife alike.
Much of our nature reserve management can only be carried out by hand because heavy machinery could disturb the important wildlife we are working to protect. As an independent registered charity we rely on volunteers to help us carry out this work.
Team Challenges can be messy and energetic, but that's all part of the fun! We will provide supervision and any tools or materials necessary to complete the task. No experience is necessary but you do need to be able to do physical work. Volunteers will need plenty of drinking water, stout shoes, waterproofs and a change of clothes in case of bad weather, sun cream and hats if hot. Lunch will be provided.
RSPB Team Challenge offers an unusual and cost-effective alternative to the myriad of outdoor 'corporate training' days now on offer. Your employees will join regular RSPB staff at one of the RSPB's top nature reserves and become 'Wardens' for a day - making a real contribution to wildlife conservation while working as a team and having fun.
