What we're looking for

The RSPB Living Nature Project is an exciting project working out of Kelvingrove Museum and park. We work in partnership with Glasgow life at the Kelvingrove museum to engage people with the collections and connect local communities and schools with wildlife on their doorstep. We have developed tours to enthuse visitors about wildlife, nature and the work of the RSPB. One of the tours focuses on the natural history specimens and another explores some of the art collections at the Kelvingrove museum. We want to put together a team of volunteers to work together to promote and deliver these tours to visitors in the museum, and interested external groups. Though the tours already exist, there is a lot of scope to tailor the tours to different visitor groups.

The skills you need

If you have a love of museums and nature this may be the position for you. You must be a vibrant and engaging person and a confident public speaker. You should be good with people and have good customer care skills. Experience of charity membership recruitment, or sales would also be an advantage.

Your time

What's in it for you?
