What we're looking for

Are you a natural leader who knows how to motivate a team to succeed and has a few hours to spare each month? Will you bring your love for the natural world to life to engage your team to inspire donations and give our supporters the best customer service? You will manage and oversee a team of volunteers who will promote our fundraising pin badges and collections, raising vital funds for our conservation work in Scotland.

The skills you need

We're looking for people who have the skill and will to lead by example and drive their teams to succeed, learn and grow support. If you share our values and care about what you do and how you do it, then we want to hear from you! - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Fully computer literate and confident with reports - Enthusiasm for smashing targets, fundraising and inspiring people about nature! - Strong work ethic, confidence to use your initiative and set direction for your team - Ability to stay calm under pressure and support your team - Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills - Attention to detail with the ability to ensure that our collections run according to strict guidelines - Willingness to motivate your team to ensure all donors have an amazing experience

Your time

8-10 hours per month
All year round

No knowledge of birds required! Appropriate training will be provided and expenses will be reimbursed where necessary.
