What we're looking for

To engage with young families visiting the reserve by assisting with events such as pond dipping and nature walks, inspiring people of all ages about the wildlife of the Wetlands, and the wider world. We also want you to be comfortable talking to people about signing up as members

The skills you need

Experience working with children is preferred but essential. Outgoing and friendly personality, comfortable talking to groups of people. No need to be an expert as long as you have an enthusiasm to enthuse people about nature and the work of the RSPB.
