The team leader role is to oversee pin badge minders who in turn look after numerous pin badge boxes which generate income for the RSPB.

What we're looking for

We are looking for Team Leaders to help manage a small team of volunteers within a local area. Team Leaders are vital to the success of our pin badge scheme in Northern England. Working with your team, you will help to grow the area by placing new boxes, recruiting new volunteers and making sue the volunteers are banking and reporting correctly.

The skills you need

Flexibility Driving Licence (Although not essential) People Skills Good knowledge of your local area Access to a computer and internet 4-8 hours a month is required, this is completely flexible.

Your time

Variable (4-8 hours 1 day a week)
all year
