What we're looking for

We are looking for someone, or a couple of people, to co-ordinate the annual programme of indoor meetings for our group. This involves booking an appropriate range of speakers for the September to May indoor programme; hosting the meetings with the help of other volunteers; supporting and assisting speakers on the evenings ensuring they have the equipment they need and in liaison with the group treasurer ensuring their expenses/fees are appropriately paid. You will have the support of our committee and there is a directory of speakers available from the RSPB to help with finding people to give talks. Please contact us if you would like to have a chat about what's involved.
