What we're looking for

To take minutes at meetings of the local group committee and disseminate agendas and other information to committee members before and after meetings. To send copies of minutes of meetings to the Local Groups Officer after meetings.

The skills you need

A good listener, able to accurately and succinctly record minutes and action points from committee meetings. With a friendly approach and enthusiasm. Access to computer and secure e-mail essential.

Appropriate training will be provided and expenses will be reimbursed where necessary. You may also be needed as a signatory on the group's bank account for which the bank would require your personal banking details.
