What we're looking for
Are you organised, methodical and experienced in using Microsoft Office? If so, we want you to assist our small, friendly team, who are part of the Human Resources department. We are looking for someone who is happy to be flexible with their activities, is organised and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The role will involve various different elements such as: - Checking employment contracts are received, signed and returned - Monitoring employment health check completion - Checking that references are returned - Intranet updates, using Tridion This is an important role as these activities allow us to ensure our employees have everything in place for their new role, together with keeping our intranet up-to-date for employees.
