What we're looking for

To help us encourage people of all levels of interest and knowledge to get the very most from their visit to the reserve through a warm, informative welcome. To tell stories and 'wow' visitors about nature, the environment and the local area, and to offer them the chance to support our work through membership. RSPB membership really is the lifeblood of the Society and underpins every single thing we do. It helps us fund nature conservation work here and across the UK - not only the ongoing land management of our reserves but also by creating and enhancing magnificent wild spaces for nature and people to enjoy. It is therefore important that you can inspire people about the work we do and warm them up to the idea of membership.

The skills you need

You'll need to have the confidence to strike up conversations with members of the public, a desire to help, an enthusiasm for wildlife and conservation, but most important of all, you'll need a friendly demeanour and a ready smile!

Your time

What's in it for you?
