What we're looking for

With over 100,000 visitors a year, Bempton Cliffs is a very busy reserve. We aim to deliver first-class customer care at all times. We run a small light refreshment offer of hot and cold snacks, drinks and cakes and we need your help to serve our hungry visitors! So if you like working as part of a friendly team and in a busy environment we'd love to hear from you.

The skills you need

Essential •Approachable, with a friendly demeanour •A desire to help people and exceed expectations through excellent customer care •Enjoy being part of a team •Confidence to initiate conversations with and talk to members of the public •Willingness to undertake appropriate training and personal development •Experience of working in a catering environment/visitor attraction Desirable •Basic food and hygiene certificate •An interest/willingness to learn about the different products we sell •Experience of working in a catering environment/visitor attraction •Knowledge of some RSPB work and a familiarity with Bempton Cliffs •Enthusiasm for wildlife and conservation
